WHAT DOES THE 1% COMMISSION MEAN?
*The commission is based on the sale price of your home and it starts from $7,950. Here is how the commission is calculated:
a) For homes less than $400,000: You pay a flat fee of $7,000 plus $950 in disbursements, for a total of $7,950.
b) For homes less than $900,000: You pay a flat fee of $9,000 plus $950 in disbursements, for a total of $9,950.
c) For houses more than $900,000: You pay 1% of the house selling price, plus $950 in disbursements.
This commission will be divided between the seller and the buyer’s realtors. Note that you pay only if your home sells, and there are no hidden charges. One Percent Realty is a full-service discount commission agency. We save you thousands in commission (for the same services that you get from full commission brokers). Since the services are the same, then, why pay more?
