When you buy a property using me as your realtor, I will give you a cheque as cash back from my commission. This applies to any property, listed by any agent, anywhere in BC. You can get back thousands of dollars, based on the house price.
*Conditions: The cash back applies only to full commission (which is 3.0% on the first 100,000 + 1.5% on the balance), and the home price has to be minimum $300,000.
- Please note that for clients who needed multiple showings (over 20) and over a long period of time (more than a year) the cash back will be half of the amount showed in the table.
Below are some examples of the cash back that buyers would receive when buying through me. The table is based on buying commission of 3% on the first $100,000, plus 1.5% on the balance.
