I came to Canada in 1995 and I lived first in Duncan. Then, I moved to Victoria in 1998. I have a degree in wood processing engineering and extensive selling experience. My education was further completed by my training in the real estate industry.

How did I decide to become a real estate agent? It was right after my wife and I bought our first home. We were shocked to find out how expensive it was for the previous owner to sell their home. That real estate agent charged a full commission. We thought it was ridiculous to pay such a high real estate fee.

Then, a few months later, the neighbors across the street listed their house with another full commission real estate agent. The house didn’t sell for three months and got listed again, this time with One Percent Realty. With the new company, the house got sold very fast. My neighbors were very happy. After talking to them, I was so impressed by the One Percent Realty “Full-Service Discount Commission” concept, that I decided to become a realtor and join this company. I started working as a Victoria real estate agent with One Percent Realty in March 2005.

Soon, the managing broker trusted me to cover for him when he was on holidays. This helped me enhance my skills even further. After he moved to another province, I became the realtor with the most seniority in the One Percent Realty Vancouver Island operations. Since I started working for this company, I have consistently ranked as a top producing Victoria real estate agent.
